MUAY THAI

Muay Thai is a combat sport of Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques.

This discipline is known as the “art of eight limbs” as it is characterized by the combined use of fists, elbows, knees, and shins.

Our Muay Thai classes are fun, teach technique, are a great work out and help improve discipline and confidence.

MAUY THAI – KIDS

BOXING LEVEL 1-3

A boxing class with a focus on learning correct technique, defense, skills and drills.

Although this class is called boxing basics -from complete beginner to advanced all levels are welcomed to attend, no matter what level your at this class will benefit you.

You will go through valuable skills and drills that will enhance your boxing technique, to have you jabbing, slipping, rolling and uppercutting better in no time.

KIDS MARTIAL ARTS

Martial Arts uses your memory, helps with respect and discipline, improves self confidence and gives your child the ability to defend themselves if required.

Our Kids class are for kids of all levels. We cover the basics of Martial Arts.

We have multiple trainers for each class ensuring all our students get the attention they need.

CLIPPERS

A kids class for the young guns who want to take there Muay Thai to that next level.

Your kids might not be into footy or netball, Muay Thai is a great alternative.

Clippers class is aimed to build the warriors of the future.

KICK BOXING 

A fun kickboxing class with a fitness element to get moving and learning basic self defence.

Suitable for all levels, all ages and the perfect place to get started on your fitness journey.


EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR FIRST CLASS

What to bring?

A water bottle, a towel and a positive attitude.

What to wear?

What ever you feel comfortable working out in- active wear, tracksuit pants.

There is a no shoes on mats policy, we train barefoot.

No work pants or work clothes allowed.

No work boots allowed in the gym.

Do I need my own boxing gloves?

No you dont, we have gloves here you can use although we do advise that if you are going to be regularly joining our sessions you purchase your own gloves.

Do I need to book?

No bookings are required. Just arrive and train.

Do I need to be fit?

All fitness levels and skill levels are welcome.
